Hello all,

Today was HOT, after a relaxing weekend we were straight in the sweat boxes, BJPI (British Judo Performance Institute) and the outdoor tent we're using as a temporary gym. By the end of the sessions I was in need of a long cold shower and big ice lolly :-) Bring on more sunshine please!
